40' long incinerator conveyor handling incinerated hazardous waste material being disposed of by The Dow Chemical Company's Freeport, Texas facility. It handles 90% of the waste disposal. Heavy-duty, dropforged, 200 mm chain is used in this model. Wheels on each side of the conveyor allow the unit to be pushed in and out of position. A removable plate facilitates access into the equipment. The temperature in the incinerator reaches approximately 1200 degrees Celsius in order to dispose of the waste material. Material flows into the conveyor and is conveyed to holding bins for disposal.

PETROLEUM

TRAMCO conveyor conveying petroleum coke. Petroleum coke is stored outside on an asphalt paved storage area. Using a front-end loader the material is transported from storage pile to a sizing crusher and loaded on a JetBelt at the rate of 650 metric tph. The JetBelt conveys it to a barge, which is sent downstream on the Arkansas River to the Port of New Orleans.

JetBelt Loading Zone 60' long incorporated in an existing 200' long, 42" wide belt running 700 tph handling coal. It is installed for Xcel Energy in Hayden, Colorado.
Central Iowa Renewables, an ethanol plant in Goldfield, IA. Material handled is 2" (-) PBR coal.

INDUSTRIAL WASTE

24x26" special chain conveyor designed to handle industrial waste. The conveyor featured heavy industrial construction and handled a combusted product with a 3 psi nitrogen purge. The design required explosion vent panels, explosion proof motors and switches, as well as quick release cam latches on the covers in order to ensure the safe operation of the plant.
